Step #3 – NO-CHARGE Safety and Maintenance Assessment
We offer a FREE maintenance and safety inspection for every vehicle we service. We are focused on your specific requests at the time of your visit and at the same time we are assessing how your vehicle is performing overall. We want to prevent future problems whenever we can rather than waiting for them to become bigger issues. We document our findings and discuss options with you so you can plan ahead.
Step #4 — Call You With All the Details and the Estimate
Before we begin any diagnostic, maintenance, or repair, we contact you to discuss the details and the costs. We encourage you to ask questions to gain a complete understanding of your repair. If you like, we can send digital images of damaged parts or a repair in process to your email… or feel free to stop by and get a visual on the work.
Step #5 — Repairs Guaranteed on New Parts & Labor
Once you approve your estimate, we get to work. Our technicians are equipped with all the latest technology and are ASE certified to be competent pros. Most repairs can be completed the same day, but if yours requires more time, we communicate that to you as soon as we know.
